The cottage has the benefit of Gas Fired Central heating with radiators in all rooms, including a Gas Fire in lounge, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Freezer, Electric Hob and Gas Oven, Radio/CD Player. 

All bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Towels and Tea towels are also provided. 

A cleaner will come into the property on the day you vacate, but bedding and towels will not be changed during your period of stay at the Cottage – unless of course you have a two week stay. You are, of course, allowed to wash these yourself during your stay should the need arise and there is a washing machine provided for that purpose. 

Should you need a dryer then one is available in the Harbour Masters Office on Oulton Broad. The opening times are between 10.00am and 4.00pm daily. 

Smoke alarms are situated in both lower and upper hallways.

High Chair and Travel Cot available if required. 

Parking: This is available in the park opposite the cottage at £2.75 for a full day and 50pence overnight between May and September. 

Between October and April parking is free during that period and you can sometimes park directly outside the cottage.
